Our registration process is incredibly simple. Once a team has successfully entered their general team information, they will then have access to the Manager Dashboard.
Manager Dashboard
The Manager Dashboard allows the team manager to know where they are in the process at times. It also reduces the email “back and forth” for both tournament directors as well as team managers.
Managers can upload their team logo, team photo, enter and edit online roster for Coaches, Managers and Players, submit their official roster, pay tournament fees, pre-order tournament merchandise and much more!
Director Dashboard
The Director Dashboard allows the Tournament Directors to monitor tournament registration status.
At a glance, the director can view important details about each team. Some of the items include which teams have registered, paid and submitted required tournament documents.
The tournament dashboard is also a place to send ‘group’ emails such as payment reminders and important tournament announcements.
Schedules, Scores and Stats
Show your tournament schedule in many different ways: By Location, By Division or By Bracket.
Tournament scores and stats are available immediately on your custom website. In seeding situations, teams will be automatically advanced to the next game based on the game outcome. Parents and Coaches can also received text message results as well as next game information via their mobile phone.
Text Message Updates
Parents, coaches, players and spectators can sign up to receive text message updates on game results as well as schedule information.
When a game result is entered, they will receive a text message with the scores as well as a text message of their next scheduled game, time and location.
